To install the latest Banshee 1.2 multimedia player, use the 1-click installs for openSUSE 11.0 and openSUSE 10.3
For openSUSE 11.0,
For openSUSE 10.3
This will start the YaST Package Manager and click Next on the Banshee 1 installation Welcom Screen.
Click next again in the Banshee install summary screen
This will install the Banshee music player and related packages and dependencies on your openSUSE.
Once installed, Banshee will be installed under Applications – Multimedia – Music Player
To set preferences, click Edit and click Preferences.
Rest of features like Create/import playlists, Add music to playlist and etc can all be done easily from the Menu.
Hi, I am using SuSe11.0 and latest Banshee-1.2.1. I was able to play mp3/wav file on my player but after the latest Banshee update, I am not being able to play any music file. Could anyone help me in giving a solution. Pls see the logs bellow
